HOW DOES YOUR SERVICE WORK?

Innovative Tech Ltd. provides 24/7/365 technical IT support and monitoring your entire network and IT infrastructure. Our IT Help Desk is available at any time, any day as the first point of contact for any queries, feedback or emergency contact center for Server/Network Infrastructure emergencies. You can also contact our Help Desk for quotations on our products and services, and any other IT matters. We assign every client a Technical Account Manager who is available on call to handle any concerns that may arise.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SERVICE COST?

A fixed monthly charge for our Managed IT Services and the packages vary depending on the number of users as well as subscribed services. Managed assets include; Network Servers, Desktops, Peripherals, Firewalls, provided software and any add-on services under contract. Our approach is pragmatic and therefore includes proactive and reactive strategies. Our client can rest assured that their IT needs are well catered for and that the cost of the services will not fluctuate monthly to affect the budget process.

WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE TIME?

A response time guarantee is included in all of our packages but varies based on the Service Priority assigned to the issue and the terms laid out in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The service priority levels are Informational, Standard, Urgent, and Critical.

DO YOU PROVIDE ONSITE SUPPORT?

Our Managed IT Service customers receive unlimited remote support and pre-defined onsite support. Support outside the SLA scope attracts a fixed hourly cost.

ARE YOU FAMILIAR WITH SPECIFIC TECHNOLOGIES?

While we are able to service and support most IT vendors technology products, we have established relationships with Dell, BitDefender, Microsoft, SonicWall, Proofpoint, and ShadowProtect.
